Kim E. Andrews is a Strategic Thought Partner, executive and leadership coach, and founder of EnVision Career Design. She partners with leaders and professionals navigating major life and career transitions, helping them slow down, gain a different perspective, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.
Kim understands that major change can disrupt more than your plans. It can shake your sense of identity, direction, energy, and confidence. When you’ve been knocked off course, the pressure to quickly figure out what’s next can feel overwhelming. Kim believes the first step is not to push harder or move faster. It is to slow down long enough to get reoriented.
With more than 25 years in human resources and over two decades of coaching experience, including executive, leadership, and career coaching, Kim brings deep experience in transition, decision-making, and personal reinvention.
Her approach blends strategic thinking, Positive Intelligence®, and evidence-based coaching to help clients reconnect with what matters, see their situation differently, make intentional choices, and create a path that fits who they are now.
