Kim E. Andrews is a Strategic Thought Partner, executive and leadership coach, and founder of EnVision Career Design, a Work Design company that helps leaders and professionals intentionally redesign how they work, lead, create, and earn.

With more than 25 years in human resources and over two decades of coaching experience, Kim brings deep experience in executive coaching, leadership development, career coaching, and transition coaching. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC) with focus areas in leadership, business, career, and wellness, a Career Development Coaching Specialist (CDCS), certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i), and a Certified Government Coach (CGC).

Her approach blends strategic thought partnership, Positive Intelligence® mental fitness, evidence-based coaching, deep listening, practical planning, and values-centered reflection.
